I want to change the text on a item, is that possible?
Yes! Each item we sell can be personalised for you, to your satisfaction. All our products are listed with examples of previous orders. Just let us know what you would like.

No, we currently do not ship internationally, however this may be something we look at in the future, if you require an item to be sent internationally, please contact us to see if we can help.

Yes, we love a challenge! There's nothing more exciting than receiving special requests. We will always try our best to work with your suggestions to create what you are looking for.

We believe our customers deserve the best quality and to deliver that we source the highest quality materials. We prepare, finish and wrap each piece by hand, double checking the quality of each product before dispatching.
How do I mount the wall decor?
Every piece of our hand made wall art is supplied with strips of 3M Tape, which is a high quality, high tacky, double sided tape. We apply this to the product for you, so you just peel off the film for mounting.
What if I want to return a item?
Unfortunately items that have been personalised can not be returned unless there is a mistake or damage upon delivery. If the item received is wrong or damaged, we will happily replace this for you. Photo evidence is required immediately.
Is there a tracking number?
We don't send any items out with tracking unless this option has been selected at Check Out. Royal Mail don't have a tracking facility for 1st or 2nd class. We are happy to share the tracking numbers with you, should you select and purchase this.

How do I upload a image for a product?
You can email us your image at image@leoivyco.co.uk.
We recommend images to be in dark colours, but we can work with all colours.
I made a mistake, how do I change it?
You can contact us via the Contact Us form with your order number, please note we can not guarantee this will be noted in time and we do not take any responsibility for items personalised incorrectly via clients. Please take extra care when personalising your items. We have a tick box on each product that needs to be clicked to confirm before adding it to your basket.
